Several weeks ago Devin came home from a meeting and was telling me how Cortlynn's activity day leader grew up in Moore. I was shocked, so I began to ask him questions:
How old is she? What is her maiden name? When did she graduate? Where did she live? The answers to these questions were simple:
She is a lot younger than you. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. (That is what you get when men talk about their wives. The details are left out.)
For the last few weeks I have asked my sister, brother, mother, sister in law-her brother-, and a few other people with no information of who this women could be. I've been racking my brain for days! I actually told my family on Sunday that it would be funny if Devin heard the husband wrong and she was actually from Moreland or someplace like that.
Well-Cortlynn came home from activity days on Monday and told me that she asked her leader what her maiden name was, when she graduated, where she lived----These are the answers:
Maiden Name: Frost
36 yrs old (my exact age)
graduated in 1994
Graduated from Highland High School (located in Pocatello)
Yep-not sure where Devin got his information. Now for the "kicker" of the entire situation: when Devin came home that night I told him what Cortlynn had found out. His response, "Well that is weird-I wonder why Cortlynn told us she was from Moore." ?????????????? NO JOKE!!!!! I just looked at him and asked him if he was okay or if he needed to see a doctor to get his brain checked. He completely forgot that we had the conversation weeks before and that the idea of -Moore- came out of his mouth.
I guess his memory/brain has left now that he is 50.
